Dialpad, Remote

Sr. Product Designer, Apr 2021

Switched over from designing for the B2C world to the B2B world as I started working at Dialpad as a Sr. Product designer. I am a part of a larger Dialpad design team on the Dialpad Meetings product. At Dialpad, we used data and research before getting into design thinking. One of my KRAs was to define solutions that no other competitor offered in the UCaaS spaces. I worked on features such as Huge meetings, Virtual backgrounds, Meeting navigation redesign, Bottom bar research & redesign, New meeting views & a lot of core meeting features that helped us closing the gap between DPM & other compititors. I also worked closely with the engineering & brand teams to help rebranding Dialpad meeting from UberConference.

Zivame, Bangalore

UX Designer, Sep 2013 - May 2016

Led User Experience and Visual Design for this early stage startup that went on to become a successful mid sized series B funded company within a span of 3 years. We created India's first online lingerie store website, mobile web app, android & iOS app. Initially my role was to gather project requirements from stakeholders, garner feedback, detailed journey mapping and conducting user testing on wire frames, functional prototypes and visual designs, both for web and mobile. As the team started to grow, I scaled up from being an individual contributor to a design lead position where I spent a lot of my time in creating design systems & performing usability studies for the platform apps.
